The following terms shall apply when a customer or potential customer(‘You’) access this website and/or place an order with Penelope Cato (‘PC’) for the purchase of her original artworks or limited edition prints (‘product’). You confirm that you are over 18 years of age, or have permission from your legal guardian. Access to this website is at the user’s own risk and PC is not responsible for the actions of any users of this site. Sale of product from this website is at the sole discretion of PC. Should a sale be withheld for any reason after payment a full refund will be made.

The website and content are owned by PC and protected by intellectual property legislation. The copying or use of any artwork, trademark, product title, design or layout herein is strictly forbidden without prior written permission of PC. Please note that the purchase of work, prints and/or digital images does not include the option of further reproduction of the image.

All orders are considered as an agreement to purchase and payment is to be made upon ordering. Orders will be accepted provided that all details supplied by you are complete and correct and that payment is completed in full. Sales approved are final, unless the product should arrive damaged, in which case you must contact PC within 24 hours of delivery. Photographs of the damaged product are essential in this event. Allow up to 10 working days for Australian orders. PC is not responsible for the performance of national carriers, but will take care to send via reputable companies.

Free shipping Australia wide. Product will be sent via Australia Post in size appropriate postal tubes. Artworks will be wrapped in acid free tissue and enclosed in brown paper. Insurance within Australia is available and recommended on request at a nominal charge. Email: info@penelopecato.com Product lost or damaged in transit is not the responsibility PC. Once an item has been dispatched you will be notified via email of the tracking information. Please be mindful that it is the buyer’s responsibility to track shipping and failure to collect your parcel from the local post office will result in the parcel being returned to us. In any event monies will be refunded provided the work is in pristine condition less a 25% handling fee. All parcels delivered will require a signature on delivery. If a request is made to leave your parcel unattended, you acknowledge that Penelope Cato and their representatives will not be held liable in any way for any loss or damage to the delivered goods. Please handle product with care. Do not touch the image with your fingers or hands, this could scratch the surface and oils from your skin can make unwanted marks. If having artwork framed it is advisable to have the framer remove the work from the tube.

All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars. PC will accept payment for product by PayPal.

All sales are final, so please make your choice carefully. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or in the event that the product is damaged during shipping. In the event that damage occurs in transit please contact your insurer. Please note that there may be variations in colour between the printed product and the image displayed on the monitor of your computer or device. This can be due to the personal settings of your device; PC is not responsible for any such variations.

All terms and conditions herein are to be interpreted by the Laws of the State of Victoria, Australia and the user agrees that the resolution of any legal dispute that may arise shall be determined in and by a Court of Victoria, Melbourne, Australia.
